Autumn at Home
I know not every day is a day to get out in to the elements. I like to take a ballet class online from home with my teacher Makiko. It focuses my brain and brings me a lot of joy (and a lot of muscle soreness the next day!)
Here’s an idea of how to improve your mornings at home. Have you considered a ‘daylight’ alarm clock? Lumie is the most famous brand but there are plenty on the market. It is like your own personal sunrise, gently waking you up so you start the day feeling naturally more awake. I don’t find it’s any fun to wake up in the dark! With the clocks having recently changed why not make this positive change to your morning? My sister had one of these years ago when we were teenagers - it’s great to see their popularity these days.

Movement in Minutes
Can you take two minutes for yourself today? Some days are just too busy and the idea of a 15 minute class from my video library can seem too overwhelming. This is why I wanted to create this series of tiny breaks you can do at your desk. See below for the second video I filmed called two minutes to stretch. I hope you enjoy it!
If it in doubt, leave it out. If something doesn’t feel right, stop. You are always welcome to contact me.
