Introduction

I’m thrilled to have you here. (As a former English Literature and Theatre major at Warwick University, it’s nice to write just for the joy of it! Not so much for a grade and a deadline!) Every month you’ll be able to read my latest thoughts on Pilates, wellness and the latest scientific research that sparks my interest. I want to use this blog to share content that is perhaps a little broader than simply the classes you take with me using the video library, online or in person. This is also a space for you – so if there’s anything you’d like me to explore, I’d be so happy to do that. So do get in touch!

I should be clear to add that a lot of this is anecdotal - something that has worked for me and my clients. I will be spotlighting many practitioners that I work with and admire. If you need specific medical advice based on your specific body and/or conditions I would recommend seeking the advice of these professionals. I am a movement teacher, a communication coach and an actor. I am a wellness and nutrition enthusiast, and I love to share what I’m learning or things that have sparked my interest.
